Access to our video content requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before your next billing cycle.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider and are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy below.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

4. Acceptable Use
When using our Service, you agree not to:
- Share, redistribute, or resell your account credentials or access to our content
- Download, copy, or redistribute video content unless explicitly permitted
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Service
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
5. Intellectual Property
All content on xzela.dev — including videos, text, graphics, code examples, and companion repositories — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the content for your own educational purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content for commercial purposes.
Source code provided in companion repositories may be subject to separate open-source licenses, which will be specified in the respective repositories.
6. User Content
If you submit comments, feedback, or other content through the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service. You retain ownership of any content you submit.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
